Good News, Bispham Hall Scout Estate has invested in an online booking system. This means you can check the availability of all our Camping fields and Bispham house and provisionally book these along with any activities you require for your stay.

Once confirmed you will be able to view your booking online, check any payments made or required, and work out the total cost of your stay.

As usual our staff will contact you to confirm details and times of any activities you request as part of your booking  to ensure we can arrange instructors if necessary.

Don’t do computers?? Don’t panic you can still contact the site at weekends and one of staff will help you check availability and book your stay.

Why have we done this?  As with all scouts, our site is run entirely by volunteers. This often means that we are not available during the week to take phone calls and although we have access to emails off site, we cannot currently check availability of the camping fields. This new system will enable you to check availability at your convenience and provisionally book your stay. Our staff can also check and confirm bookings without being on site, hopefully speeding up the whole process for everyone.

We aim to make the booking process as quick and efficient as possible by moving away from our current paper based system. Ensuring that when you arrive on site our volunteer staff can easily see where you are staying and any additional requirements you have asked for.

A new link ‘book it now‘ will shortly appear at the top of the site, there are also links to the booking system on various pages on the site.

Hopefully this will go without a hitch, but we ask you to be patient with us over the first few months.
