The core team of wardens at Bispham Hall Scout Estate are responsible for the day to day management of the site and it’s staff.

There is also a team of Duty Wardens.  The Duty Wardens volunteer to manage the site for a number of weekends throughout the year.  With the help of the service crew, they are responsible for the running of the campsite for each weekend they are on duty.
